HOTEL PROJECT AWAITS CITY OK; MARRIOTT TO BUILD DOWNTOWN INN.Byline: Jennifer Hamm Staff Writer BURBANK - The City Council will consider giving final approval tonight for construction of a 253-room, full-service hotel downtown. The art deco-style Marriott Residence Inn is planned at 321 S. First St., once the location of the Bombay Bombay (bŏmbā`), former state, W central India, on the Arabian Sea.
