Disney pins hopes on millennium

The Disney Store has introduced its exclusive ``Countdown to the Millennium'' collector pin series, with new pins released each Friday through Dec. 31. The series includes 101 pins, priced at $4 each at Disney Stores.

The collectible pins capture favorite Disney moments and celebrate seven decades of Disney history, from Mortimer Mouse Mortimer Mouse, Minnie Mouse's uncle
Mortimer Mouse is a fictional character created by Floyd Gottfredson for The Walt Disney Company. He is Minnie Mouse's ranch-owning cattleman uncle. He first appeared in the comic strip Mickey Mouse in Death Valley (1930).
