HOMES DESTROYED IN FIRE RULED ARSON.

CASTAIC - A blaze that destroyed four homes at a K&B Homes construction site Sunday afternoon has been ruled an arson arson, at common law, the malicious and willful burning of the house of another. Originally, it was an offense against the security of habitation rather than against property rights. , officials said Monday.

Detectives collected evidence from the site Monday supporting witnesses' statements, Digby said. Police have suspects but wouldn't release further information.
