HOMEOWNERSHIP ALLIANCE FORMED.


A GROUP OF HOUSING, MORTGAGE AND community development leaders have joined together to form the Homeownership Alliance, a public education organization that will promote the American housing system. The group says it will not lobby members of Congress, but will concentrate on public advocacy. Rick Davis
