HOLLY-CROAKS; EXCLUSIVE Stars face chop in soap bloodbath.
HOLLYOAKS bosses plan to axe FOURTEEN of the hit soap's cast.
Lads' mag pin-ups Elize Du Toit, who plays Izzy Davies, and Gemma Atkinson (Lisa Hunter) face the chop in the Channel 4 show's giant clearout.
Others include Mikyla Dodd (Chloe Bruce), Max Brown (Kristian Hargreaves), Alex Carter (Lee Hunter) and John Graham Davies (Les Hunter).
Also facing the chop are Darren Bransford (Nick O'Connor), Jamie Luke (Norman Sankofa), Katherine Dow-Blyton (Sally Hunter), Kelly Greenwood (Zara Morgan), Ben Gerrard (Cameron Clark), Helen Noble (Abby Davies), Andrew Newton (Robbie Flynn) and Daniel Hyde (Scott Anderson).
An insider said: "Some have already been told their contracts won't be renewed in October - they are completely gutted."
Hollyoaks creator-director Phil Redmond, who is master-minding what will be the biggest massacre in soap history, is set to replace them with a host of new faces.
A source explained: "Keeping the same cast year after year makes a show go stale. That's what happened to Brookside and Phil won't let it happen to Hollyoaks."
Brookside, Redmond's other soap, was axed last year. A spokeswoman said: "Much of the action centres on Hollyoaks College, and naturally students leave."
