Goldwing chapters from around Southern California Southern California, also colloquially known as SoCal, is the southern portion of the U.S. state of California. Centered on the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, Southern California is home to nearly 24 million people and is the nation's second most populated region, , including the local chapter, brought the toys.

``We've been doing it for three years. We do it every year (before) Christmas time,'' said Jim Randall of Lancaster, Antelope Valley chapter director. ``One of our chapters in Covina started it down there (at another hospital). We thought it would be good to bring it to our hometown.''
