HOLIDAY GLOW; STREET SHINES BRIGHTLY AT CHRISTMAS.Byline: Karen Thacker Special to the Daily News For more than a decade, since the first houses were built on Clark Court, residents have come together to decorate before Christmas. No single home is a sure candidate for decorating honors, but the combination of all 12 draws thousands of visitors every December. ``It's the combination of all - the unity of it that attracts people,'' said resident Chris Pursley. People shopping for homes on Clark Court, which is off Avenue J-8 between 27th and 30th streets west, are advised of the Christmas tradition before they buy. Sometimes the lights are sold with the house. Even when they are not, the new residents get the spirit.
