HOH Water Technology Corp. Announces Name Change and Reverse Stock Split; Trading Symbol to Change.


LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 23, 1996--HOH Water Technology Corporation (HOHI) announced today that the company's trading symbol in the over-the-counter market will be changed, effective with the opening of trading on Thursday, July 25, 1996, to coincide with a recent corporate name change approved by its shareholders in May, 1996.

HOH Water Technology Corporate will change its name to "ELECTROPURE, INC." and its common shares will be traded under the symbol "ELTP ELTP Emergency Leave Transfer Program (US government) ".

In addition to the above name and symbol changes, the company will effect the shareholder approved one-for-ten reverse split of its common shares at the same time.
