Using an intuitive interface, users can quickly and easily author and distribute a bid publication with the CD and Web versions sharing an identical interface. Web distribution is facilitated using HMR's high performance image server technology.

An e-bid publication includes an introductory HTML page for background information and integrated PDF and image viewers. All drawings, maps, or aerial photos are published as raster files, and presented in the image viewer through an Explorer or thumbnail interface.

The high performance image viewer is capable of displaying single images, multiple images, and mosaics in a range of common image formats. Users can customize the HTML front-end to reflect their own bidding and business requirements.
