The HK Group announced the following transactions:

* Crown Pacific, Inc. has signed a 4,750 s/f lease at 315 Post Road West in Westport, Conn. Bill Johnson and Ted Hampe, of the HK Group, represented the landlord in the transaction. Les Fradkoff, of Prudential Commercial, represented the tenant;

* Amy Simon Fine Arts has signed a 3,200 s/f lease at 141 Post East in Westport, Conn. Frank Fellah, of the HK Group, represented both parties in the transaction;

* Suzy Cream Cheese has signed a 955 s/f lease at 1330 Post East in Westport, Conn. Franco Fellah, of the HK Group, represented both parties in the transaction.
