The HK Group announced the following transactions:

* Vitas Healthcare Corporation has signed a 60,000 s/f lease at 777 Commerce Drive in Westport, Conn. Franco Fellah and David Flayhan, of the HK Group, represented the landlord in the transaction. Ernie Delucia and Don Ludington, of Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant;

* James Amschler, Esq. has signed a 31,600 s/f lease at 1375 Kings Highway East in Fairfield, Conn. Franco Fellah and David Flayhan represented both parties in the transaction;

* Amy Simon Fine Arts has signed a 3,200 s/f renewal lease at 141 Post Road East in Westport, Conn. Franco Fellah represented both parties in the transaction;

* Meca Management has signed a 1,300 s/f lease at 16 Ketchum St. in Westport, Conn. Mal Jacobson, of the HK Group, represented the landlord in the transaction. Beth Chappel, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant.
