The Antelope Valley
 school districts are building new schools with money approved by local voters.

Palmdale School District The Palmdale School District is a school district that serves a major part of the city of Palmdale, California (USA).

The Palmdale School District was first formed in 1888. Approximately 28,000 students are enrolled in the Palmdale School District.
 in November 2001 approved a $25 million bond measure to pay to build schools on the east and west sides.

Last March, voters in the Antelope Valley Union High School District The Antelope Valley Union High School District (A.V.U.H.S.D.) is located in the Antelope Valley area of California, in northern Los Angeles County.

The district includes eight public high schools, one trade school, and two continuation high schools in the cities of Palmdale
 approved a $103.6 million bond measure to build William J. ``Pete'' Knight High School and three smaller campuses.

In November, Rosamond voters passed a Southern Kern Kern, river, 155 mi (249 km) long, rising in the S Sierra Nevada Mts., E Calif., and flowing south, then southwest to a reservoir in the extreme southern part of the San Joaquin valley. The river has Isabella Dam as its chief facility.  Unified School District A unified school district is a school district which includes both primary school (kindergarten through middle school or junior high) and high school (grades 9-12). Also in November, Mojave Unified School District voters approved a $25.50 annual parcel tax to modernize schools, and California City voters approved a $16 million bond to build a high school and an elementary school.

Westside Union School District is finishing up construction on the $10 million Esperanza School.

ACTON-AGUA DULCE UNIFIED
