HIGHPOINT TECHNOLOGY, INC. ANNOUNCES SECURITIES EXCHANGE

BOULDER, Colo., May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Highpoint Technology, Inc. announced today that it has acquired 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of the common stock of Ellora Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation, in exchange for 3 million shares of common stock. As a result of the tax-free reorganization, Ellora Corporation became a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The company, organized under the laws of the state of Colorado, was formed for the purpose of creating a vehicle to obtain capital to take advantage of business opportunities which may have potential for profit. With the filing of an application pertaining to SEC Rule 15c2-11, Highpoint has changed its name to Renaissance Entertainment Corporation, and will no longer be engaged in the activities associated with a blind pool seeking an acquisition candidate. Its common stock will be publicly traded in the over-the-counter market.
Ellora Corporation is engaged in the business of operating the Bristol Renaissance Faire between Milwaukee and Chicago, and is one of approximately 20 large Renaissance Faires located in or around major metropolitan areas throughout the United States. The acquisition of Ellora Corporation by the company is part of a strategy developed by management to acquire additional Renaissance Faires located throughout the United States and to establish and build new Faires at strategic locations.
A registration statement relating to the securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective. This press release shall not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy nor shall there be any sale of these securities in any state in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful prior to registration or qualification under the securities laws of any state.
The Renaissance Faire creates the ambiance of a Renaissance village with craft shops, food vendors, and continuous entertainment throughout the day, both on street and stage, including jugglers, dancers, jousters and musicians.
