The cheer wasn't just in reference to a varsity lineup that is separated by only 90 seconds, but also indicated the team's desire to make school history. The Bulldogs have had an individual state champion - Andrea Neipp in 1996 - but have never run as a team at the state championships at Woodward Park Woodward Park (34 acres) is a public park, botanical garden, and arboretum located between 21st Street and 24th Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. ``We know we have the talent and the potential,'' junior James Snyder said. ``Everything is there, we just have to apply it in the right way.''

The boys finished third in the Golden League last season but return the entire starting lineup For the line of action figures, see .

The Highland girls' squad, the three-time defending Golden League champs, lost only one runner from its top seven. The girls finished 10th in Southern Section Div. I two years ago, three spots from advancing to the state meet.

The Highland girls finished sixth in their heat at last year's Div. I prelims, while the boys were eighth. The top four in each heat advance to the Southern Section finals.

The girls were five minutes faster than any other league team at the Div. I prelims and three minutes "Three Minutes" is the 46th episode of Lost. Lancaster, last year's Golden League runner-up, graduated three members of its postseason roster. The Eagles return Irvin Garcia and Andrew Case, who finished second and third in the league last season. Those two finished in the top 11 in the senior boys' race at Seaside, helping Lancaster defeat Highland by eight seconds.

Highland will have to overcome injuries to each team's top runners, neither of which posted a time at Seaside.

Senior Alyssa Craft might not run for the girls' team this year. Craft, who finished 17th at the 2004 Southern Section Div. I championship, has been bothered by a knee injury. She practiced for the first time last week. The next two weeks will determine if Craft can run this season.

``We aren't going to push her too fast,'' Johnston said. ``I'd much rather her not run this season than injure To interfere with the legally protected interest of another or to inflict harm on someone, for which an action may be brought. To damage or impair.
