After what started out as a close game -- Burbank (6-4, 3-2) took a 6-0 lead into the second quarter -- Wiggan almost single-handedly finished off the victory by carrying 31times in the second half and eating large chunks off the clock. Burbank quarterback Robert Linda and running back Marcus Hood had paced the team to a fast start with an 8-play, 83-yard drive to take the lead halfway through the first quarter, but the Bulldogs' offense stalled stall 1 n. 1.
