(NYSE:HF) announced yesterday the pricing of the initial public offering of 14.3 million shares of its Class A common stock at a price of $18.00 per share. The shares are expected to commence trading today, January 31, 2007, on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "HF". The underwriters also have an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to 2,145,000 additional shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The joint book-running managers for the initial public offering are Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, and the co-managers for this offering are Banc of America Securities LLC, Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Lehman Brothers Inc.
