HEURICH ESTATE TO BE AUCTIONED BY MICHAEL FOX AUCTIONEERS ON BEHALF OF GARY F. HEURICH

 ESSEX COUNTY, N.Y., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Michael Fox Auctioneers announced that they will offer the 2,117-plus-or-minus-acre Heurich Property for sale at auction on Tuesday, May 25, at 1 p.m. The property consists of 657 plus or minus acres in the town of Essex and 1,460 plus or minus acres in the town of Westport, all falling within the Adirondack Park. The auction will take place on the property at the farm house located on Light House Road, east of Lake Shore Road.
 The Heurich Property is the largest private estate on the shores of Lake Champlain and includes most of Split Rock Mountain. This well- located property is ideally suited and zoned for several uses including recreation, development and sanctuary.
 "This land is unique in that it lends itself to a multiplicity of uses," commented Gary F. Heurich, owner of the Heurich Property.
