IS THIS YOUR FIRST BUSINESS? Yes

WHY DID YOU START THIS BUSINESS? I've always been good at developing and implementing systems. I wanted to provide a service to individuals where I can help them decrease their stress and increase their efficiency. And I wanted to be my own boss.

WHERE DID YOU GET THE IDEA? From many years working in corporate America and finding my strengths were in administration and managing others.

HOW LONG WAS IT FROM CONCEPT TO OPENING? About a year.

WHAT DID YOU DO DURING THAT TIME? I joined a networking group; did a lot of research; asked friends, colleagues and family members questions about their troubles in the workplace; and shopped around for office supplies Office supplies is the generic term that refers to all supplies regularly used in offices by businesses and other organizations, from private citizens to governments, who works with the collection, refinement, and output of information (colloquially referred to as "paper work").  and storage units.

WHAT WERE YOUR STARTUP COSTS AND HOW DID YOU FINANCE THE BUSINESS? Minimal. Most of the start-up Start-up

WHO DID YOU RELY ON FOR ADVICE? My family, friends, former and present colleagues and my accountant.

WHAT HADN'T YOU CONSIDERED BEFORE OPENING? Just how many businesses there were that could benefit from my expertise, particularly in niche markets A niche market also known as a target market is a focused, targetable portion (subset) of a market sector.

By definition, then, a business that focuses on a niche market is addressing a need for a product or service that is not being addressed by mainstream providers.
