Grammy-winning Los Lobos releases a set of seven covers by some of the artists the legendary East L.A. rock band recruited for its last album, ``The Ride.''

Carrier: ``Carrier'' (Hideaway) The psychedelic-tinged debut album from this Colorado-based band led by singer-songwriter Marc Benning includes ex-Breeders and Guided by Voices drummer Jim MacPhereson and the Flaming Lips' current touring drummer Kliph Scurlock Clifton Thomas Scurlock[1] (born June 16, 1973) is the current drummer for the alternative rock band The Flaming Lips. Scurlock is a native of Topeka, Kansas. He played in many bands throughout his youth in Lawrence and Topeka. .

Say Anything: ``Say Anything ... Is a Real Boy'' (Doghouse) For its debut album, the Los Angeles-based band offers this punk rock musical produced by Tim O'Heir (Dinosaur Jr.) and Stephen Trask Stephen Trask, born Stephen Schwartz, is an award-winning musician and composer.

He was the music director and house band member at the New York drag club Squeezebox, where he performed with stars such as Debbie Harry, Lene Lovich and Joey Ramone, as well as various drag
 (Hedwig and the Angry Inch).
