The Vines' new album, ``Winning Days,'' comes out today.

Produced by Rob Schnapf, the Capitol release is less gritty than the Australian rock quartet's ``Highly Evolved'' breakthrough of 2002.

The new album features 11 tracks, including the single that we'll just refer to by acronym: ``F.T.W.''

Here are just some of the nearly 400 new record releases and reissues arriving in stores today:

Borialis: ``What You Thought You Heard'' (Capitol) The debut album from the hip-hopping rock band from Neptune, N.J.
