HCPro expands into healthcare magazine publishing.

(Waltham, MA). No terms of the deal were given. Decision Resources will retain its core HealthLeaders-Interstudy managed care research and analysis business.

HealthLeaders Media consists of: the monthly "HealthLeaders" Magazine; "HealthLeaders Daily News," delivered daily via email; "HealthLeaders Weekly Healthcare Business News," delivered weekly via email; "HealthLeaders eHealthcare & Technology Weekly News," a weekly email newsletter; "HealthLeaders Executive Survival Guide," a monthly email newsletter; and, "California California (kăl'ĭfôr`nyə), most populous state in the United States, located in the Far West; bordered by Oregon (N), Nevada and, across the Colorado River, Arizona (E), Mexico (S), and the Pacific Ocean (W).  Healthfax," a subscription newsletter covering top business/regulatory California healthcare news.
