HCPro continues expansion, this time into controlled-circulation magazine publishing.


In its sixth acquisition of 2005 (see last issue of NL/NL), HCPro Inc. this month acquired HealthLeaders Media from Decision Resources Inc.

"The purchase of HealthLeaders Media firmly establishes HCPro in the ad-supported publishing space, and provides us with a platform for launching more ad-supported publications, as well as live events offered in a variety of formats," said HCPro CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
