HBIO President Announces Completion of Stock Transactions under 10b5-1 Plan.


HOLLISTON, Mass. -- Harvard Bioscience, Inc., (Nasdaq: HBIO) today announced that its president, David Green, has completed the stock transactions under a stock-trading plan in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 which was adopted on March 14, 2006.

The plan was adopted during an authorized trading period at a time when Mr. Green was not in possession of material, non-public information.
