It is shown on the satellite and cable channels Living, Living2 and Virgin 1 (Formerly Ftn), primarily for the UK market.  houses.

The 32-year-old mother has put on an annual spook show for the past six years with the help of family and friends. The free tour has drawn hundreds of costumed brave hearts to the one-story brick-and-stucco home at 3448 Corpus Christi Corpus Christi, in Christianity

``The whole month for me is really a treat,'' said Dingman, who brewed up the idea as a way to celebrate her favorite holiday with her kids.

``My husband and I used to dress up and go to parties each Halloween night. But then we had kids and we couldn't do that anymore,'' she said.

Now, Dingman and her husband, Rus, spend the evening with friends and family dressed as ghouls and hosting visitors through a maze of tricks and treats.

Complete with a cast of spooky characters including ``Doctor Dungeon Dungeon - Zork ,'' the haunted house A haunted house is defined as building that is believed to be a center for supernatural occurrences or paranormal phenomena.[1] A haunted house may contain ghosts, poltergeists, or even malevolent entities.  winds around the quarter-acre residential property through creepy caves, grim graveyards and a 22-foot-long black-lighted tunnel.

``I saw them setting it up every year and I would come through it every year,'' said Chris, a 15-year-old neighbor who is helping out with the production this year.

``I was excited about it and wanted to help put it on,'' said Chris, who asked that his last name not be used.

With three kids of her own, Dingman said she hoped to give area families the Halloween spooks for free.

``Many families just can't afford to pay for four kids to get into a haunted house,'' said Dingman, who lives in Palmdale but spends each hallowed holiday with her mother and father in Simi Valley Simi Valley (sē`mē, sĭm`ē), city (1990 pop. 100,217), Ventura co., SW Calif. in an oil, fruit, and farm region; laid out 1887, inc. 1969. .

``It sounded like a good idea and a good way to give something back to the kids,'' said Lisa Dingman's father, Vic.

``Not even trick or treating is really safe anymore. We wanted to bring something back that could be enjoyed by the whole family,'' he said.

For Jeanne Wilson, one of Lisa Dingman's close friends, the annual event is a chance to get together and have some fun.

``It's just fun trying to scare people once a year,'' said Wilson, who helped set up props on Sunday with her 9-year-old daughter, Melissa.

Across town, Vince Miller and his family also host an annual haunted house free to the public.

``We don't want to really scare anyone,'' said Miller, who for the past years has transformed his two-car garage into a maze of chambers with spooky scenes.

``It's something I do for the kids,'' said Miller. ``Everywhere you go, they charge you. I don't believe in that.''
