HARRY HELMSLEY DISTINGUISHED NEW YORKER.Peter Kalikow, President of H. J. Kalikow & Company, is the winner of the Harry B. Helmsley Distinguished New Yorker Award. The prize, which memorializes the late Mr. Helmsley, his generation's most respected real estate executive, is given for a career filled with exceptional achievements and a lifetime of valued service to the city.
