HALLOWEEN HULLABALOO TO HELP AIDS PATIENTS.

LANCASTER - A ``Masquerade and Monster Mash'' benefit for the patients of the Catalyst Foundation Catalyst Foundation - non-profit organization supporting orphaned, abandoned and homeless children in Vietnam through scholarship programs and direct relief efforts. It also works with children adopted from Vietnam.  will be held from 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday at The New Trap Lounge, 2822 E. Ave. I.

 Band and Gypsee & Band X. Sundance Magic Show will be performing throughout the event. There will be two auctions for the adults and a penny auction for youngsters.

Games for kids will include bobbing for apples and three-legged races. Food for sale at the benefit will include ``Frank 'n steins'' - hot dogs cooked in beer or grilled, bewitching be·witch

Admission is free and costumes are optional. There will be a costume contest for the children and one for the adults. For additional information, call (661) 949-0622.

The grand prize for the drawing will be a Softub 2-person portable spa valued at $2,295. Tickets for the drawing will be available at Gypsee's Studios, 103 W. Ave. I and The Trap. Drawing and auction tickets are 50 cents each or three for $1. ``Penny auction'' tickets are 25 cents.

The foundation is a nonprofit agency, based in Lancaster, that provides medical care, case work, referrals, housing and transportation services for AIDS patients. It also maintains educational and informational outreach programs for the community at large, especially the youths.
