Following is a list of Halloween events in the Simi Valley Simi Valley (sē`mē, sĭm`ē), city (1990 pop. 100,217), Ventura co., SW Calif. in an oil, fruit, and farm region; laid out 1887, inc. 1969.  and Conejo Valley The Conejo Valley is a region spanning both Southeastern Ventura County and Northwest Los Angeles County in Southern California, United States. It was discovered in 1542 by Spanish explorer Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo, and eventually became part of the Rancho El Conejo land grant by  areas:

SIMI VALLEY/MOORPARK:

Halloween Carnival, 2:30-5 p.m. today, Sycamore Elementary School elementary school: see school. , 2100 Ravenna St., Simi Valley. Free.

Halloween Carnival, 5:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Rancho Santa Susana Community Center, 5005 Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley. $4 kids 2 and up; $1 adults.

Harvest Festival, 5-8 p.m. Friday, Sonrise Christian Fellowship, 2350 Shasta Way, Simi Valley. Free.

Haunted Factory haunted house, open from dusk to 10 p.m. Friday, Los Angeles Avenue and Madera Road, $8 per person.

Halloween Pizza Party for ages 12-17, 7-10 p.m. Friday, Arroyo Vista Recreation Center, 4550 Tierra Rejada Road, Moorpark. $2, student ID required.

THOUSAND OAKS

Trick-or-treating from 5-7 p.m. Friday at The Oaks shopping center, 222 W. Hillcrest Drive.

``Oh, What a Pumpkin'' carving contest and trick-or-treating will begin at 5 p.m. at Club Disney in The Promenade at Westlake. $7 per person.

Halloween Dance and Party for teens and adults with disabilities, 7-9:30 p.m. Friday, Old Meadows Center, 1600 Marview Drive. $6.
