 HALL-MARK ELECTRONICS CORP. ANNOUNCES INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING
 DALLAS, May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Hall-Mark Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ-NMS: HMEC) announced today the initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at $11 per share. The offering is being co-managed by Lehman Brothers and The First Boston Corp. The net proceeds to the company from the offering are estimated to be approximately $40.2 million and will be used to redeem subordinated indebtedness.
 Hall-Mark is the third largest industrial distributor of electronic components and systems products in the United States. The company had net sales of $560.1 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 1991 and $173.4 million for the three months ended April 3, 1992.
