 -- H.I.G. Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm, announced today the recapitalization of Augusta Lumber Co., Inc. (Augusta) and affiliates. Headquartered in Waynesboro, Virginia Waynesboro, deriving its name from General Anthony Wayne or possibly Wayne's family home, is an independent city located within the confines of Augusta County in the U.S. state of Virginia.
