H. Howard Flint flint, mineral
flint, variety of quartz that commonly occurs in rounded nodules and whose crystal structure is not visible to the naked eye. Flint is dark gray, smoky brown, or black in color; pale gray flint is called chert.
, II, Chairman and retired CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Flint Ink Corporation, passed away on June 14. He was 66.

The grandson of the Flink Ink's founder, H. Howard Flint, Mr. Flint Mr. Flint, played by James Daly, was an immortal human in the fictional Star Trek universe. He was born in 3834 BC as Akharin in Mesopotamia, Earth. He was a soldier, a bully, and a fool by his own admission.  began his full-time career with the company in 1964 after graduating from college and graduate school. He was elected to the company's board of directors in 1967, named executive vice president in 1976, became president and COO in 1988, and was appointed chairman and CEO in 1992. Upon his retirement in January 2005, he assumed the role of non-executive chairman of the board of directors.

Mr. Flint was a member of the Gravure Association of America and a past-president of the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers.

He is survived by three daughters, nine grandchildren GRANDCHILDREN, domestic relations. The children of one's children. Sometimes these may claim bequests given in a will to children, though in general they can make no such claim. 6 Co. 16. , a sister, and a brother.
