EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE BOSTON COMPANY
BOSTON, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Human Resources Manager Patricia P. Baillieul has been elected executive vice president of The Boston Company, it was announced today by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John R. Laird.
Baillieul, who joined The Boston Company in 1979, held management positions in the finance and corporate real estate divisions before assuming her current post in 1990. She also serves on the financial institution's 12-member executive committee chaired by Laird, to whom she reports.

A native of Sherborn, Mass., Baillieul earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, a M.S. from Simmons College and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. Before joining The Boston Company she worked for the Digital Equipment Corporation and Massachusetts General Hospital.
Baillieul, a resident of Belmont, Mass., is on the advisory board of the National Academy of Finance at Hyde Park High School in Boston, is a member of the Boston Clearing House Personnel Association and serves on the board of directors of Payson Park School in Belmont.
