International high-fashion retailer, Hennes & Mauritz (H & M), will be opening its eighth store in Manhattan at 111 Fifth Avenue, a Class A office building located in the heart of Midtown mid·town

The retailer, widely recognized for its high-quality and affordable fashions, plans to occupy 7,000 square feet on the ground level, 10,000 square feet of mezzanine space and approximately 3,000 of lower level shopping space at the building.

The property is owned by The Winter Organization and boasts high-speed telecommunication systems, 24/7 access with an attended lobby, computer controlled elevators and close proximity to numerous transportation options.

H & M was established in Sweden in 1947. The company's business concept is to offer fashion and quality at the best price.
