Gustavo Cisneros Named 2005 Personality of the Year By MIPCOM.

In 1993, with his wife, Patricia Phelps de Cisneros, and his brother Ricardo, Mr. Cisneros created the Fundacion Cisneros, a philanthropic organization committed to the future of Latin America. The Fundacion operates and funds an array of innovative projects focusing on education, culture, social services, and the environment.
