Gulf Air honours Bahraini trainee engineers.Bahrain's national carrier Gulf Air honoured 28 trainee engineers on the successful completion of their two year on-the-job-training with the airline.
This is the second group of candidates which has completed its two-year training with Gulf Air. The voluntary training was provided as part of the airline's Corporate Social Responsibility programme to develop local talents, said a statement from Gulf Air.

The trainees came to Gulf Air after completing their initial theoretical training at Bahrain Airport Services (BAS). The training programme was sponsored by Tamkeen.
Gulf Air had signed a MoU with Tamkeen to provide on-the-job-training for a group of trainee engineers for a period of two years in order to complete the technical requirements for graduating as certified See certification. engineers.
