Guest is programmed for SoHo expansion.

Cushman & Wakefield announced B.R. Guest, the well-known restaurant group with eateries throughout Manhattan, has leased 4,575 s/f at 594 Broadway in Soho for its new offices.

B.R. Guest signed a 10-year lease for part of the eighth floor at 594 Broadway, located between Prince and East Houston Streets. The company will also maintain its other offices at 206 Spring St., located above its Michelin-rated eatery Fiamma Osteria.

B.R Guest recently announced its plans to open a third Dos Caminos location on the corner of 50th and Third in Midtown Manhattan.

Cushman & Wakefield brokerage professional Joe Cirone represented B.R. Guest in its search for additional space and in lease negotiations with the owner, Newmark.

"B.R. Guest is a rapidly growing company, and needed additional corporate offices to support its new restaurant plans," said Cirone. "The space at 594 Broadway is a great opportunity for B.R Guest to expand, yet still remain close to its other offices."

Built in 1912, 594 Broadway is a 12-story, 200,000-square-foot building. In addition to B.R. Guest, major tenants within the building include Aurora Color Lab and Studio Construction. Newmark was represented in-house by Jeff Gural and Donna Vogel.
