Guardian Technologies International, Inc. (OTCBB:GDTI) today announced the signing of an Alliance Agreement with Telinks Canada, Ltd.

Guardian Technologies and Telinks will jointly provide Guardian's Intelligent System Solutions Process (ISSP) to Telinks' current and potential customers for an initial period of one year with a two-year renewal option. Telinks will provide a minimum guarantee of $2M to Guardian for ISSP sales within the first year.
