Guardian Technologies Appoints Charles T. 'Chuck' Nash to Board of Directors.

"Chuck" Nash to its Board of Directors to fill the vacancy recently created by the resignation of Mr. William Ludwig. Mr. Nash comes to Guardian's Board with 25 years of military experience plus six years of leadership experience in emerging technology in the private sector.
