Grupo de Diarios America Adds New International Agent for Advertising Sales; Multimedia, Inc. Will Be Selling Pan Regional Advertising for GDA Worldwide.

MIAMI -- Grupo de Diarios America (GDA) and Multimedia, Inc. have formed a partnership for the sale of advertising space in all GDA newspapers in Latin America. As of August 1, 2005, Multimedia, Inc. will be a new international agent for the sale of GDA worldwide. Roberto Fuenzalida, executive director for GDA, believes that this is the right moment to expand operations throughout different regions of the world.

According to Fuenzalida, GDA income from pan regional advertising should increase with this innovation. "GDA has established a very successful relationship with major advertisers through our longstanding partnership with Publicitas/Charney Palacios. The addition of Multimedia will help to boost our sales with its vast expertise as international representative for O Globo, the leading newspaper in Brazil and member of GDA in that country," says the executive. In the opinion of Fernando Mariano, President of Multimedia, Inc., "There is demand from international advertisers to market their products and services in the main general interest newspapers of the region, and GDA is the ideal platform due to the qualifications of its audience and its credibility."

With head offices in the United States, Multimedia has been in the market for 14 years and banks on a team of 75 agents in 28 countries.
