Grubb & Ellis names new national consulting director.Grubb & Ellis Company, one of the leading providers of integrated commercial real estate services, announced that Edward C. Lubieniecki has been promoted to the position of national director, consulting services. Most recently, Lubieniecki served as executive managing director of the Company's Western Region Consulting Services. He will oversee the practice based out of Grubb & Ellis' Los Angeles office. Over the next year, Lubieniecki said he will work with Grubb & Ellis CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Armed with a larger and deeper menu of proactive solutions, he said that G&E transactions professionals will offer their clients a wider range of solutions, far more than any of their competitors. G&E's recent acquisition of the Wadley-Donovan Group, he explained, is an example of how the firm will proceed in building a consulting resource. Lubieniecki brings more than 20 years of diverse experience in corporate real estate, including consulting experience as a partner with a big five accounting firm, and in the field with large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects, redevelopment, public sector work, and property-level assignments with financial institutions. His overall expertise also includes advising numerous Fortune 100 companies, institutional investors, developers and operators of real estate on strategic business planning, organizational assessments, implementation of technological initiatives and infrastructure, portfolio planning, and real estate disposition and relocation.
