* The lase of 7,674 s/f at 24 Hanover Road, Florham Park. The lessor was 25 Hanover Road, LLC and the lessee: Defined Healthcare Research, Inc. Bob Lee of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the lessee.

* The sublease of 4,444 s/f at 25 Vreeland Road, Florham Park. The sublessor was Camelot Communications Group, Inc. and the sublessee was Waypoint Energy, LLC. Bob Lee and John Kuhn of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the sublessor.

* The renewal of a 5,231 s/f office space lease at 111 Howard Blvd., Mount Arlington. The lessor was 111 Howard Associates, LP and the lessee:was Shaw Facilities. John Beers and Craig Fitzpatrick of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the lessor in this transaction.

* The lease of 6,000 s/f at 88 Ford Road, Denville to Paramount Pool Services Corporation. Eric Hill of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the lessor, Ford 88, LLC.

* The lease of 12,653 s/f at 100 Passaic Avenue, Fairfield, to AC Nielsen (US). Peter Rasmusson and Craig Fitzpatrick of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the lessor, GRE Greenbrook Property LLC.

* MCS extended its lease at 1420 N Route 206, Bedminster to 8, 412 s/f. Peter Rasmusson and Jeanne Rothenberg of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessee.

* The lease of 9,327 s/f of office sapce at 35 Waterview Blvd., Parsippany, to Arthur J. Gallagher. Larry Martin of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the tenant.

* The lease of 3,805 s/f at 9 Law Drive, Fairfield. The lessor was Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union and the lessee was KMM Telecommunications. Peter Rasmusson and Craig Fitzpatrick represented the tenant.
