She will also assist in the implementation of Green standards in Grubb & Ellis' property portfolio as a way of helping clients reach their energy cost reduction goals. Walsh joins Grubb & Ellis from Tishman Speyer New York, where she most recently was Property Manager for the new 860,000 square foot, Gold LEED certified See certification.
