Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, he enjoyed a successful career at Insignia ESG ESG Enterprise Strategy Group (Veritas)

 and Trammell Crow Company. Silver, joined the office as senior vice president. He was formerly with Newmark Knight Frank, and its predecessor firm, Jacobson Goldfarb and Tanzman. Kasbar, Sr. joined as senior vice president. Donnelly joined the Industrial Group in Fairfield as vice president. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Donnelly was with Trammell Crow. Kretowicz is the newest member of the Grubb & Ellis team. Kretowicz comes from Weichert Commercial, where she served as branch manager for the firm's Central New Jersey office.

At Grubb & Ellis, she will specialize in landlord and tenant representation of office properties in the Central New Jersey area, and will also handle select investment transactions. Kanter joins the Industrial Group in the Fairfield office as vice president. Armstrong joined the firm as a vice president with the New Jersey Industrial Services Group. He joins Grubb & Ellis' Fairfield office from CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  where he earned the distinction of being recognized as one of CBRE's top new industrial brokers nationally.
