Gentile was previously managing principal in the downtown Los Angeles Downtown Los Angeles is the central business district of Los Angeles, California, located close to the geographic center of the metropolitan area. The sprawling, multi-centered megacity is such that its downtown core is often considered just another district like Hollywood or office of Newmark Pacific and O'Leary was a principal at Newmark. Marlene Weber was also hired as a senior associate and Brian Denton was named an associate at Grubb & Ellis. Weber was previously associate director and Denton was an associate at Newmark.
