Grubb & Ellis' Timothy Hogan honored as Manager of the Year. (Transcripts).

Grubb & Ellis Company announced that at the Pinnacle Awards Banquet held this month, BOMA New York presented a Manager of the Year award to Timothy Hogan, a Grubb & Ellis management services property manager. "Tim has been managing 475 Riverside Drive, also known as the Interchurch Center, the 600,000-SF, 20-story building located near the Columbia University campus in Manhattan," said John Poblocki, regional senior v.p. responsible for Grubb & Ellis Management Services' Northeast Region.

"It was Tim's hard work that helped this building win BOMA NY's 2001-2002 Pinnacle Award for Operating Office Building in its category, and so it is fitting that Tim be recognized by his peers and honored with his own award. Tim has worked extremely hard at this assignment for this client and this award recognizes his efforts. This also reflects well on our company's field support and on our client, and all of us at Grubb & Ellis congratulate Tim for a job well done."

In December 2001, the owners of 475 Riverside Drive presented Grubb & Ellis with a service award for the continuous management of the property for 40 years. Poblocki said that in the New York Tri-State Area, GEMS manages more than 30 million SF of space representing a full spectrum of client facilities and investment real estate.

He noted that GEMS is also a national leader in providing facility management services to raised-floor data centers, with more than 3 million SF under management for business leaders in such industries as information services, institutional and consumer finance, insurance, global products manufacturing, national transportation networks, telecommunications and global technology services.
