"We have been working closely with Apple engineers to optimize the visual experience for the discriminating Macintosh user," stated Jean-Michel Decombe, CTO (Chief Technical Officer) The executive responsible for the technical direction of an organization. It cleverly integrates Apple's Safari web browsing technology with our visual search capability, and much more. Going forward, both the Mac and PC products will now evolve simultaneously, thanks to the Java programming language used to develop Grokker 2," he added.

Users continue to demand more from their information search and retrieval experience, especially as the volumes of online data continue to explode. Groxis recognized early on that this growing problem would not be easily addressed with a search engine and a web browser for much longer. These tools were principally designed to display one page of information at a time, where Grokker can display thousands of pages of information in a meaningful and inspiring way to users of all ages and professions. At Groxis, a thousand words are worth a picture.

"With Grokker 2 now available to Macintosh users, we can more aggressively address the creative and educational markets, where Apple has such a strong presence," said R.J. "K-12 and collegiate-level academia is a key market for Grokker, and one that we see tremendous opportunity with the Mac platform. Students and faculty alike are constantly in need of better learning and research tools, and Grokker fits squarely into that box."

Since first previewing its technology in October 2002, Groxis has received accolades from industry watchers, product reviewers, and customers. Grokker 2 has already won appeal with educators, students, and consumer researchers where there has been a growing demand for applications that can help simplifying the process of researching on the Web.
