Growth Continues at Noesis; Excellence Rewarded from within While New Talent Joins the Team.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Noesis, a professional advertising and promotion unit of CommonHealth based in Morristown, continues to pursue its goals of innovative marketing strategies by announcing four promotions and three new hires.

Promotions

Steven Whiteley has been promoted from vice president, group copy supervisor to vice president, associate creative director. In this position, he will manage and motivate the creative teams and cultivate new business for the agency. Mr. Whiteley has tenured with Noesis for three years and, prior to that, worked at Quantum for three years, a Noesis sister agency dedicated exclusively to building consumer healthcare brands.

Denise Fuchs has advanced from traffic manager to director of operations. Ms. Fuchs will develop new company procedures and policies, as well as enforce those already in place. Additionally, she will oversee the traffic and business management departments, and hire and train new employees. Ms. Fuchs has been with the agency for almost a year.

Paulette Langguth has been elevated to group managing editor from her previous position of senior editor. In this new role, she will oversee all of the editing services for the agency's accounts, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of each project. Ms. Langguth has been with Noesis for two years.

Melissa Ricardo has advanced from account supervisor to account group supervisor. She will oversee the daily activities for her assigned brands, manage and assist internal team members, develop innovative solutions for clients' needs and contribute to new business opportunities for Noesis. Ms. Ricardo has been with the agency for six years.

New Hires

Sara Baker comes to Noesis as a copy supervisor. In this position, Ms. Baker will supervise the creative development of copy for her assigned accounts, as well as participate in new business development projects. Most recently, Ms. Baker was employed as a senior copywriter at Harrison & Star, a pharmaceutical advertising firm in New York City.

Jessica Skowyra joins Noesis as a senior copywriter. In this role, she will write and oversee creative advertising copy from conception to completion. Previously, Ms. Skowyra was employed as a copywriter at Torre Lazur McCann, a professional advertising agency in Parsippany.

Jason Ruggiero comes to Noesis as a traffic coordinator. In this position, he will establish timelines, monitor budgets and ensure projects move efficiently through the agency. Prior to working at Noesis, Mr. Ruggiero worked as a sales representative at Software House International in Somerset.
