eNR Services, a media technology solutions provider which has experienced rapid growth since its launch a decade ago, relocated from its former 7,000 s/f headquarters at 301 Merritt 7 last week.

Alan Peterson and John Hannigan, principals of the tenant representation firm Choyce Peterson, Inc., represented eNR Services in the search and lease negotiation.

"Alan and John are very good at understanding what we're looking to do, and they negotiate very well. As a rapidly growing company, it's hard for us to nail down exactly how big we'll be and by when. They've always been very flexible and able to react quickly to meet our needs. We're excited about finding a headquarters site in the same area of Norwalk; which is convenient for a work force that commutes from as far as New York City New York City: see New York, city.

The class A office space at 20 Glover Avenue offers employee amenities such as an on-site cafeteria and fitness center in the complex, which will help eNR continue to attract top-notch staff and grow beyond the 36 people currently based at their local headquarters.

Said Peterson, "Since the space matches eNR's needs with only minor improvements, we were able to negotiate a deal that keeps a lid on remodeling remodeling /re·mod·el·ing/ (re-mod´el-ing) reorganization or renovation of an old structure.
