When group member Linda Beaudry bought the winning ticket, the group had just started playing together. "Each person is responsible for buying $25-worth of CASH 5 tickets for the Friday drawing." Linda admits, "It was our fourth week of playing together and it was my turn to buy." Linda bought the tickets at the Giant Eagle where they are employed, and she simply threw them in her purse, punched the time clock and worked the day.
