, has called Suite 415 of The Cable Building home for the past decade.

Earlier this year, SSC expanded its office space by 1,615 s/f to Suite 401, where the construction- related services department now resides.

"We are thrilled to announce we are remaining in our Soho/Noho digs," said president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Sam Schwartz, a.k.a Gridlock Sam.

In total, SSC occupies 7,737 s/f on the building's fourth floor. The Cable Building was built in 1895 and designed by Architect Stanford White. The building housed engines that pulled the cable cars up and down Broadway.
