Greystone strengthens origination team.

Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc., a leading FHA and Fannie Mae DUS[TM] lender, announced a number of significant new additions to its national origination platform.

"Real players need real tools and Greystone has them and is able to deliver," Notably, Michael McCullough has joined Greystone as an integral player in the expansion of the multifamily housing platform.

McCullough was the Director of Multifamily of Housing for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the past six years. He is credited with the design and creation of HUD's MAP program, which offered lenders an accelerated method to obtain HUD insured financing. Under McCullough's leadership, multifamily production increased from $3 billion per year to more than $7 billion per year.

Another notable addition is Dana Colucci, who had been the Southern Regional Manager for Prudential Huntoon Paige where she managed the origination and underwriting staff responsible for FHA-insured loans in the southern states.

Wendy Rubin-Fitzgerald was a Senior Vice President of Loan Origination for AGM Financial Services Inc. where she specialized in the financing of market rate properties, affordable properties with secondary debt, and low income and historic tax credit equity and credit enhancements on tax-exempt bond transactions.

Ted Schlossman joined Greystone after ten years as a Vice President with Reilly Mortgage Company.

Michael Snow has joined Greystone's Atlanta office from KeyCorp Real Estate Capital Markets where he was responsible for it FHA underwriting platform. Mr. Snow has worked in real estate finance since 1971.

Robert Taylor, an FHA originator concentrating in the western United States, was previously the FHA Director at Arbor Commercial Mortgage where he originated FHA loans and pioneered a specialized mezzanine and 223(f) financing combination.
